	We have owned and run The Three Horseshoes since 2005. From the moment we set eyes on this beautiful building, we knew that we'd found something special. Dating from around 1745, the Inn is a truly traditional pub in every sense of the word - low latch door entrance, age-old and very worn flagstones, blackened beams and original inglenook fireplace - simplicity itself. The only thing missing back then was some great food and of course a decent place to lay your head.

	Our dream was to keep the simplicity of the pub but to add a first-class restaurant to make it a real foodie destination whether for relaxed meals in the bar or for something more sophisticated in a smart dining area. We then set about extending The Three Horseshoes to include a 45 cover restaurant, 20 cover bar area and a 10 cover private dining room. We redeveloped 4 bedrooms within the main building and built 2 new rooms in the garden annex overlooking our duck pond with the submerged red telephone box. From day one we proudly opened for business and welcomed our first customers to The Three Horseshoes Country Inn and Restaurant. Four years later and with glowing reviews from The Telegraph, Michelin Red Guide, AA Lifestyle Guide, Observer Food Monthly amongst others, we think we're well on our way to achieving our goal.
